FAQ

RESERVATIONS/CANCELLATIONS
All services require a credit/debit card to secure appointments. If you must reschedule or cancel appointments, please notify us 24 hours in advance. If less than 24 hours notice is given, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the total amount of services. If you must cancel it reschedule within the same day, or are a "no show" for an appointment you will be charged full price for the service(s).
LATE ARRIVAL
All appointments begin and end on time so that the next client is not delayed. If the treatment does not start on time, the treatment time will be reduced accordingly,and you will be still required to pay full price. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may require that the appointments be rescheduled, and will be considered a cancellation.
CHILD SAFETY POLICY
Children are only permitted in the salon or spa area when having a service with an attending adult. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you having a service. We cannot assure the safety of you children in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests.
RETURNS
Retail products may be exchanged or returned with an original receipt within 14 days of purchase. Retail products must be unused and unopened.
JEWELRY & PERSONAL ITEMS
We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing and accessories. When using the spa, please leave your jewelry at home. When getting a color service in the salon, please use smocks located in the smock closet.
REDO POLICY
Must be done within 72 hours of original service and with original stylist.
GIFT CARDS
